A young dude just threw his dilapidated mid-80's VW Bus into reverse and blithely rammed a glossy black BMW sedan in the spot behind him. He climbed out to access the damage and confront the suit driving the sedan, and he's kitted out in some kind of full torso clamshell brace held on by huge industrial looking velcro straps. Hand him a laser rifle and he'd make a great Starship Troopers extra.
They make quite a pair, facing off on the sidewalk.
