This monologue (my contribution being limited to a few noncommittal grunts while pricing) came courtesy of a lanky weirdo who wanders by every few months. He's a bit off but usually keeps to himself, today he decided to share the Good News.
"So you're still in business? People still read books, huh? That other place isn't still around, right?
I like books, myself...you see those people with their nose pressed into a screen, it's not the same, you know? I mean.....you can blow your nose with a book! They're real.

He wandered into the next room where he browsed for several minutes, then decamped with no further exposition.
