Many years ago customers tended to express admiration in geographic terms, surprised at finding a shop of our caliber outside traditional urban strongholds like San Fransisco & NYC.
Now they trend along the lines of the woman who just commented:
"Wow, now this is a REAL bookstore. I didn't even know places like this still existed!"
So it goes.
