true customer tales: no respect

Old guy in straw hat buys a couple of books off the sale cart and delivers this monologue:

Sad to see the better bookstore went under.  That bathroom at Barnes & Noble is the filthiest thing I've ever seen.  Just proves the kids today have no respect.  And I don't think it was college kids either, if you know what I mean.  You've been here a while, I recognize you.  The glasses have changed, but you're the same.
