tech notes: hey, EFF YOU, Google!

So I log in just now to post blurbs from a bunch of terrific old smut paperbacks a guy brought in, and get this big banner across the top of the page:

 Now sure, Opera isn't super popular but it's not like I'm  running on some wacky piece of homebrew- it's got enough users to get its own slice of the pie on Wikipedia:
