true cusomter tales: damage

This morning I found a customer quote on the counter, preserved in amber (or at least ball point pen) by my co-worker:

I just totally creased the cover of this book (a collectible paperback western) while I was looking at it!  Can you give me a better price because of the damage?

Brass balls on that one, I tell ya.
