The other night I made a freehand potato/leek soup that didn't turn out the way I wanted- not enough potato, I think. It needed more body, anyway. So it was sitting in the fridge, and I wasn't excited about eating it, and then I remembered I had a little tupperware thingie of chili verde leftovers, not really enough to make a meal of.
In the interest of free spirited improvisation, and to prove that you can do pretty much anything with a soup, I mixed 'em together in a pot.
And it turned so well I may make it again...on purpose this time.
