Guy calls looking for book. This conversation ensues.
me: Where would I look for it, is it fiction?
guy: Yeah, fiction. *long pause* Or, like, nonfiction? History?
me: Uh. *opens browser and checks Amazon*
Of all the goofy stuff people say, the intractable difficulty of determining the difference between 'fiction' and EVERY OTHER TYPE OF BOOK is the one that drives me craziest.

I am looking for a book by some guy that is a true story about a fictional place. Can you special order it for me if it exists? Or can I just find it over in the 'sexuality' section?
How can they NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE? Jeez. It's not rocket science-fiction.
