Pasty dude in cargo shorts comes in, white earbuds plugged in to his iPhone, carrying some sort of huge Mac laptop around in a gray felted case. Ringing him up is a trial, as he hasn't caught on to the 'cool kid' habit of leaving one earbud hanging, and in fact doesn't take them out at all, choosing instead to turn down the volume on his phone.
