Not (quite) the Rapture, but for gamers it's pretty close!
To put the development time in context, the first time they announced a release date for this game I wasn't married and my game of choice was an early CounterStrike beta, mostly played on a LAN at Ivan's house because everybody was still on dial up. My computer was an OG Pentium and the video card had a daughter board connected by a patch-through cable to handle 3D effects.
Next, I fully expect someone to net a leprechaun riding a unicorn through their backyard while chasing Bigfoot.
